In this episode, Jeremy, Hamster, Captain Slow, and Stiggy focuses on cars more than their typical bollocks of creating something ambitious from rubbish and end up with more rubbish than what they’ve started with.
First up, they pit the two famed rally cars - the new Subaru Impreza and the latest Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X. I have loved whenever they pit these two cars together. The verdict? Well, sad to say that after years of calling it always dead heat, Jeremy just equated the Subie to Nottingham Forest. For those unfamiliar with English football, that’s not good. Not good at all. But the test laps have something else in store. Got to watch it.
Next, they’ve got the news (also featuring stupid signs across the UK) then afterward - the Audi RS6 feature. The most powerful estate car with a Hamster on board driving across the French Alps racing two professional para-skiers. Not their typical races between man and car around the city though, as it was ultimately dangerous driving a bulky car on icy roads and para-skiing is no easy business too.
The star in a reasonably priced car featured Spooks‘ Rupert Penry-Jones and Peter Firth who both did pretty well. Next, the next installment of the new Top Gear stuntman series attempting to do the Bond stunt in the Man with the Golden Gun. The episode rounds up with an AMG CLK 63 Black Edition feature.
No epic races yet, still. Boo~ But the Cool Wall is back!
