Cars have always been a great means of transportation and I have to say it has got to rank as one of the greatest inventions of the past century. Well, environmentalists would argue that it’s one of the reasons why ecological doomsday is nigh but hey, getting from point A 20 miles to point B in a car sure beats walking.

Then again, it has been used for some “deeds” like getaway vehicles, drive-bys, and drug trafficking for example. And what an interesting mix technology can do to the whole thing. Mexican police just confiscated this souped up James-Bond-style Jeep Cherokee. The vehicle’s equipped with smoke machines and spikes. Pretty old school James Bond but, hey, if it works slowing po-po down.

The car was nabbed after getting rammed into a military truck. members of drug cartel got away by throwing a hand grenade. And no indications show that the smoke machine or spikes had been used.
